This role involves programming and maintaining SMT machines, developing improvement projects, and ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or a related field and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will be well-organized, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in English at 60% is also required for effective communication.
