Sanmina in Mexico, Jalisco is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to enhance the operations of SMT equipment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and a robust understanding of both pneumatic and electrical schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities include supporting SMT equipment operations and ensuring accurate calibration. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and be adept with Microsoft Office for process improvement reporting.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to interpret schematic diagrams, both pneumatic and electrical.
• Experience in calibrating CP and IP equipment, including software calibration.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer to support SMT equipment operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or similar engineering.

Experience

5 years in a similar position.

Knowledge

• Interpretation of schematic diagrams both pneumatic and electrical, focused on solving problems in SMT equipment.
• Calibration of CP and IP equipment, including software calibration using the PAM (Placement Accuracy Measurement).
• LED technology, focusing on assignments such as kinetics & cree color.
• Support of different equipment suppliers; interpreting the manuals sent by them.
• Methodologies for problem solving; DMAIC, CIMA, 5 why.

Skills

• Focused on the management of human resources (supervision).
• Focused on the management of material resources (request of parts with wear on the equipment).
