TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead a high‑volume manufacturing engineering team and drive successful industrialization, launches, and continuous improvement of complex manufacturing processes.

You will partner across Operations, Quality, Product Engineering, and maintenance to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while achieving NPI objectives. The role requires hands‑on leadership in cable assembly, crimping, ultrasonic welding, and

Qualifications

Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance management, and technical capability growth.
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization activities from concept through mass production, ensuring successful product launches and manufacturing readiness.
Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes including cable assembly, crimping, ultrasonic welding, electrical testing, automated equipment, vision systems, and AC/DC power cable products.
Partner cross-functionally to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks, resolve quality and production issues, and drive permanent corrective actions.
Lead Operational Excellence initiatives focused on safety, productivity, cost reduction, automation, OEE improvement, scrap reduction, and capacity optimization.
Establish and monitor Manufacturing Engineering KPIs, ensuring accountability and recovery plans when performance falls below targets.
Support CAPEX planning, business case development, project execution, and manufacturing technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team with effective resource allocation and performance management.
Drive NPI and industrialization from concept to mass production, including equipment development and commissioning.
Provide technical leadership across cable assembly, crimping, ultrasonic welding, testing, automated equipment, vision systems, and power cable products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, resolve quality issues, and implement permanent corrective actions.
Lead Operational Excellence initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and cost reduction, including OEE improvements.
Define and monitor KPIs and execute recovery plans when targets are missed.
Support CAPEX planning and manufacturing technology roadmaps.
