Flex in Guadalajara North is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians in establishing and maintaining manufacturing control systems for equipment, processes, and automation.
You will design optimized process flows to meet product quality and delivery targets, drive improvements in cost and yield, and plan workforce utilization and facility layouts for maximum efficiency.
Formación
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor degree required.
- Coordinate with customers to define product specifications and design changes.
- Participate in early NPI involvement and readiness for mass production.
- Apply FMEA or statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and risks.
Responsabilidades
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain manufacturing control systems for equipment, process, product, automation and box build.
- Design an optimized manufacturing processes flow to meet customer product quality and delivery.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods driving on quality, cost and yield improvement.
- Evaluate and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, design layout of equipment, workspace for maximum efficiency and automation implementation.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/processes related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.
