Hitachi Energy in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our engineering team and contribute to advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and process improvements on complex systems. • Associate degree or higher in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics or related field.
• 3–5 years progressive experience as an engineering technician or similar role.
• Specialized expertise in automation, mechatronics, power systems, embedded systems, or data acquisition.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment, measurement instruments, CAD tools, simulation software or similar applications.

Your background

• Associate degree, advanced technical diploma, or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience as an Engineering Technician or in a related technical role.

• Demonstrated expertise in a specialized technical area such as automation, mechatronics, power systems, embedded systems, or data acquisition.

• Experience using diagnostic equipment, measurement instruments, CAD tools, simulation software, or other relevant technical applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
