Flex is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Tijuana to drive production processes, ensure quality, and support product lifecycle from design to delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and advanced English, with strong collaboration across engineering and production teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Advanced English language skills required.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes by providing technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and workflows.
- Define equipment maintenance requirements and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in PFMEA and control plan development for new products.
- Write and update work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
