The role emphasizes advanced English communication, collaboration with engineering and production teams, and implementing corrective actions.

Formación

• Advanced English communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and process improvement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes across the product lifecycle.
• Provide technical support to sustain efficient production and high-quality output.
• Participate in PFMEA and control plan development for new products.
