TACNA Services in Mexicali, BC is seeking a senior manufacturing engineer to provide technical leadership for metal-mechanical processes, ensuring stability, quality, and operational excellence. Lead ISO certification activities and implement NADCAP-aligned advanced process controls, while ensuring robust documentation, validation, and continuous improvement.

• More than 5 years of experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing environments.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process documentation, validation, and control.
• Advanced English proficiency to communicate with international teams.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
