TACNA Services in Tijuana, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing/Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance, develop processes, and transfer lines. The role focuses on lean manufacturing, process optimization, and supporting new product introductions.

The candidate will read blueprints, design fixtures, and participate in startup and commissioning of machinery, with emphasis on reliability, safety, and quality systems in a high-mix/low-volume environment.

Formación

• Minimum hands-on experience in manufacturing with maintenance leadership and process improvement.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and manufacturing standards.
• Ability to read, interpret blueprints and diagrams.
