Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali busca un Ingeniero de Manufactura III para apoyar la fabricación del producto, garantizar el cumplimiento de requisitos de diseño y estándares de calidad, y buscar mejoras continuas en procesos de manufactura.

Colaborará estrechamente con otros grupos para actualizar y mejorar los estándares de fabricación aplicables, coordinando proyectos de innovación y asegurando entregas a tiempo en un entorno aeroespacial.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree. 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Submit ECR's.
• Create Visual aids (SOP's & IWIs).
• Work plan/BOM, Red lines/WOA's and Rework routines (DR/DI).
• Generate TMO's.
• MRR’s work plan.
• Responsible of RCCA and execute projects to improve manufacturing.
• Lead and participate on innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Research and implement new manufacturing technologies for existing processes.
• Experience with Aerospace Industry Standards (Specification).
• Desired assembly processes knowledge.
• Skills on Special Processes and Pyrometry.
• English spoken and written (80% advanced).
• Catia V4 & V5.
• Smarteam.
• CAS/Solumina.
• Autocad.
• MS project.
• Power BI and additive manufacturing.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.

Position Purpose:

Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.
