de C.V. is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to support design reviews, evaluate tooling, and ensure producible designs. The role involves collaboration across design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to optimize assembly processes. The candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with IPC-610 and lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Attends design reviews and provides product evaluations to ensure manufacturability.
• Reviews engineering drawings prior to Production Release for compatibility with manufacturing techniques.
• Assists in make/buy evaluations and makes recommendations on in-house vs outside vendor capabilities.
• Assists in vendor surveys.
• Evaluates requirements for assembly tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support manufacturing operations.
• Participates in MRB activities and dispositioning of discrepant material/assemblies.
• Participates in CCB review of engineering change orders to ensure designs are producible.
• Monitors daily production and recommends material and/or labor reductions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinates with Methods and Tooling for drawings interpretations for tooling, fixtures, and process methods instructions.
• Provides manufacturing assembly flow charts and floor layouts to promote efficient product flow.
• Conducts special manufacturing projects, evaluations or surveys as directed by management.
• Participates in Lean projects (5S, TPM, VSM).
• Accountable for all duties and tasks assigned.
