Baxter International Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I in Mexico to handle and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical devices. You will integrate workflows from Baxter sites and drive ongoing improvements across production operations.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, strong problem solving and project management skills, and proficiency with ISO/FDA GMP environments. English bilingualism is required for collaboration with global teams.

Formación

• Minimum one year of experience in a related position.
• Experience in problem solving, project management, lean practices, six sigma, line transfers.
• Experience working in ISO / FDA supervised environments and GMPs.
• Bilingual: Oral and written communication in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Apply engineering experience to tackle problems in build, redesign, or fixing of manufacturing processes.
• May supervise and/or provide technical direction or mentorship to peers and technicians; may serve as project leader.
• Meet with external suppliers to exchange information and resolve difficult technical problems.
• Participate in project planning; advise on scheduling, costs, resources and throughput.
