A leading company in the aerospace sector seeks an engineer to support manufacturing processes. The role focuses on quality assurance and continuous improvement in production, requiring a solid background in engineering and proficiency in relevant tools like CATIA. Candidates should be prepared for external negotiation and possess strong communication skills. A good command of English is essential for collaboration within the team and with external partners.
Objective:Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the structural SBUs. Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.Main Task:Manufacturing process knowledge in Structural areas (Cabinets preferent). Responsible for the RCCA to solve problems. Investigate DI/DR, EABs, create TMO's. create work plan/BOM for new programs. WOA's and work routines, EIR's. Prepare work routines for MRR's, Projects administrations. Good understanding of GD&T concepts and proficiency to elaborate visual aids (IWI's).
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Aerospace or similar engineering.• Experience in metal-mechanic manufacturing processes.• Advanced English level both written and oral (85%)Knowledge:• CATIA, Solumina usage.• Smarteam & AIR, MS office Excel.• Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, ERP.• Team work, root cause Analysis, strong communication skills, may have external negotiations.• Travel available.
