A leading automotive manufacturer in Silao, Guanajuato is looking for an experienced engineer for on-site support in manufacturing integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, which also emphasizes teamwork and communication. Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of GMS and AI-driven tools is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support product-manufacturing integration and run PPS.
• Lead Business Intelligence for process efficiencies.
• Provide technical direction to outside vendors.

Conocimientos

Analytical problem-solving tools

English Level: Advanced

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Experience with RedEx and Six Sigma

Educación

On Site: This position requires working on site on a full-time basis.

Responsible for supporting activities that may include:

• Run PPS / Statistical Problem Solving for product - manufacturing integration
• RCA Automation - Robotic Product - Process Issues
• Correlates TIP Data with RCA
• Data Analysis
• Run projects to Integrate AI for process efficiencies
• Lead Business Intelligence for Process efficiencies
• Ahead eTools projects to create facilities: WEB Based, Mobil Devices - tablets-
• SORs and project management for tools, stations or specific technologies.
• Typically part of a larger effort or project
• Manufacturing process definition
• Sequence of operations
• Human factors consideration
• Efficient material flow
• Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high quality parts
• Providing technical direction to and oversight of outside vendor sources
• Work may involve development and testing of advanced process technology.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related or related experience.
• Required experience in similar position: 3 years or more
• English Level: Advanced.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks required
• Key Skills: Ability to apply analytical problem-solving tools such as RedEx and Six Sigma.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GMS knowledge
• Understanding of AI-driven tools
