A global machinery manufacturer in Santa Catarina is seeking a skilled professional for CNC programming and production support. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, possess a strong understanding of CNC machinery, and be able to implement process optimizations. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills are essential to tackle daily challenges in production. This role requires flexibility with shift rotations and occasional domestic travel.

Formación

• Intermediate to advanced English level is required.
• CNC Machining Certificate preferred.
• Machine, Tools and Tooling Certificate preferred.

Role Definition

Provides support on all aspects of production focus on CNC programing, cost, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, training of collaborators and environmental requirements for manufacturing.

What you will do

• Programing on language ISO with controls Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma P500, Mazatrol and others.

• Implement technologies to optimize machining process.

• Support on each step of machining process issues.

• Identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
• Identifying and addressing problem areas on the reliability of the equipment and process reliability

• Analyze, determine and implement engineering and process changes.
• Engineering Support required on planning, development, operation, maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.

Degree Requirement

Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Similar

Intermediate to Advanced English level is required

Additional Information

The location for this position Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon

This position will require domestic travel up to 5%

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (6:24am a 4pm) and Saturday (7am-2pm)
Shift rotation availability is required. 1 week out of each month, the candidate will be required to work the night shift (10pm-6:24am).
