Vertiv is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process professional to drive process definition, readiness, and optimization in our Mexicali area operations. You will shape layouts, line balances, cell-line design, tooling, and FPY, while tracking KPI performance and leading cost reduction initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Formación

• +3 years experience in manufacturing process.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering required.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (90%).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process Definition and Manufacturing Readiness with deliverables: Layout, Line Balance, Cell/Line Design, Material Presentation, Tooling and Fixturing, Process Documentation, Training and FPY.
• Track KPI's for Scrap, Operation Supplies, Change Over, Standard Hrs.
• Lead Cost Reduction Projects.
• Implement Lean / Operational System within Business Unit: Standard Work, SMED, Poke-Yoke.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis, and implement Preventive and Corrective Actions.
• Lead Job Safety Analysis with functional team to detect and mitigate safety risks.

Qualifications

• +3 years experienced in manufacturing process.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Bilingual. 90% (English, spanish)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.
• Computer skills in MS tools
• Should be creative and should posses ability to use modern technology in Electronic manufacturing process
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet the expected goals within time using advance technologies in electronic manufacturing area
