A leading automotive manufacturer in Mexico is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to study and deliver processes needed for new model launches. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in Final Assembly and strong skills in communication and teamwork. Knowledge of manufacturing systems like Cycle Line Layout and Teamcenter is a plus. Competitive compensation and a commitment to a diverse workplace are offered.

Formación

  • Final Assembly +2 years experience, Launch team +1 year experience preferred.
  • English - 85%: Communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Systems / Software / Procedures knowledge.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide continuity and support in program delivery from cradle to grave.
  • Study product specific feasibility and optimization.
  • Define, write, and allocate all new process sheets.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • To provide continuity, expertise and support in program delivery from “cradle to grave” from or prior to through implementation at the plant site and the milestone
  • Study product specific feasibility and optimization, leading the product interface discussions with their Product Development counterparts
  • Study new program content, requirements and processes
  • Define, write and allocate all new process sheets
  • Program implementation at the plant - deliver tooling and facilities on time for new model launches
  • Assist in the development of overall program strategy, seeing it through to delivery
  • Define quality and process improvement actions compared to current model
