A leading automotive manufacturer in Estado de México is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support program delivery and manage tooling for new model launches. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and strong communication skills in English. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge processes and technology in vehicle production.

Formación

  • Final Assembly experience of at least 2 years, Launch team experience preferred.
  • 85% English communication skills.
  • Self-taught individual.

Descripción del empleo

Job Description

Advance program study and delivery manufacturing engineer. Study upcoming new model programs and deliver process clarity, tooling and facilities needed to Final Assembly to build all new content.

Responsibilities
  • To provide continuity, expertise and support in program delivery from “cradle to grave” from or prior to through implementation at the plant site and the milestone
  • Study product specific feasibility and optimization, leading the product interface discussions with their Product Development counterparts
  • Study new program content, requirements and processes
  • Define, write and allocate all new process sheets
  • Program implementation at the plant - deliver tooling and facilities on time for new model launches
  • Assist in the development of overall program strategy, seeing it through to delivery
  • Define quality and process improvement actions compared to current model
Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Manufacturing Experience. Final Assembly +2 years experience, Launch team +1 year experience preferred within Ford
  • English - 85% Communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Self-taught person
