A leading global children's toy company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to collaborate with product development teams. This role involves ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, managing supplier relationships, and driving innovation in product design. Ideal candidates will have expertise in manufacturing engineering and fluency in both English and Spanish.

What will you work on?
Reporting to the Manager Manufacturing Engineering, the Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with and as an integral part of the Product Development Engineering and Designers to achieve innovative DFM and DFA support for new product definition. In addition, this role will work with the select suppliers to define manufacturing methods to guarantee the lowest cost while ensuring the toy functions as designed, meets all defined quality and safety requirements, and is launched on time.
