Una empresa líder en la industria busca un Ingeniero de Procesos de Ensamblaje en su planta de Ciénega de Flores. El candidato ideal tendrá la responsabilidad de diseñar, implementar y optimizar procesos de ensamblaje en la industria automotriz, asegurando continuidad operativa y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad. Se requiere una licenciatura en ingeniería y la capacidad para trabajar con tecnologías avanzadas en un entorno de mejora continua.

Formación

  • Conocimiento avanzado de procesos de ensamblaje, especialmente para ejes de transmisión.

Role Definition

Design, develop, implement, and optimize efficient, safe, and high-quality assembly processes in the automotive industry. Ensure operational continuity, continuous improvement, and technical support for the assembly line, meeting quality, cost, and time standards.

What will you do:

  • Interact with suppliers, both internal and external, to deliver quality products on time.
  • Design and optimize assembly processes (manual, semi-automatic, or automatic).
  • Evaluate and implement new assembly technologies (robots, screwdrivers, vision systems, etc.).
  • Define equipment, tooling, torque and station layout requirements.
  • Establish and maintain necessary technical documentation (Amef, DF, etc.).
  • Participate in the implementation of new products and engineering changes.
  • Participating on audits, LPA, CQMS, CAV.


Degree Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial or similar.

  • Advanced knowledge of assembly processes, especially for drive shafts.
  • Knowledge of torque tools and complementary subsystems for assembly, as well as tool design.
  • Advanced knowledge of contact pattern adjustments for spiral bevel gears.
  • Provides management reports on current and projected capacity requirements for new capital investments.
  • Documents important considerations in response to increased product demand and analyze their effect on production and required capacity.

Manufacturing Equipment

  • Knowledge of pressing machines
  • Knowledge of Rolig torque
  • Knowledge of contact pattern settings
  • Knowledge of roll-over machines
  • Knowledge of leak testing machines (test cells).
  • Knowledge of Pint point

Manufacturing Safety:

  • Performs safety inspections to ensure compliance with high energy requirements.
  • Elaborate SFMEA, visual aids.


Additional Information:

  • The location for this position Cienega de Flores (facility 4)
  • This position will require traveln10 % (training or project)
  • Work schedule: Lunes – Viernes (7:00am a 16:00 pm)
  • Once a month I would be asked for Saturday coverage (Depends on production schedule, issue on assembly line (non-recurring)
