Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical degree or equivalent related HSE experience.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Knowledge of safety principles, hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience delivering safety training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic English reading and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of EHS programs across the facility.
• Promote safety culture by engaging employees and leaders in initiatives.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory compliance with EHS requirements.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for staff and contractors.
• Support risk assessments and mitigation measures.
• Maintain EHS records, permits, and reports.
• Track safety metrics and propose improvement actions.
• Partner with leadership to drive continuous safety improvements.
• Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response planning.
• Participate in internal and external EHS audits as required.
