Airbus Helicopters Mexico Querétaro, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Manufacturing Design Engineer to define Build Plans and production resources for efficient manufacturing sequences.

You will create manufacturing documents for industrialization and set up SAP-based BOMs and process routes for clear, cost-effective production execution. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree in aeronautical/industrial fields and 2–6 years' experience in aeronautics or related processes, with Lean/Six Sigma, GD&T

• 2–6 years of work experience in aeronautical industry or production processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma and GD&T.

• Define and ensure the creation of a complete Build Plan with production resources and requirements.
• Create and manage manufacturing documents for industrialization and ERP/MRP, including BOMs and process routes in SAP.
• Facilitate clear execution of production processes and optimize resources to save costs.

Manufacturing Design Engineer

As an Manufacturing Design Engineer you will define and ensure the creation of a complete Build Plan along with the necessary Production Resources and Requirements to come up with an efficient Manufacturing Sequence for the products to be transferred, through an analysis of the package of specifications or drawings, in order to meet customer requirements. Create and manage manufacturing documents for the industrialization of the product, as well as the definition of operations in ERP/MRP system (SAP) through the creation of "Bill of material" and process routes, in order to facilitate understanding for a proper execution of production processes by the operational staff; in order to contribute to an adequate control of the manufacturing process and savings by optimizing resources.

Requirements:

• Aeronautical, Industrial or Related Engineering
• 2 to 6 years of work experience in the aeronautical industry, production processes or engineering areas
• Process analysis and improvement
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Knowledge in GD&T and interpretation of drawings
• SAP
• English
