Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Finance Manager (Cost Accounting) for onsite operations. You will lead cost accounting activities, manage product costing and SAP ERP reporting, and partner with operations to ensure accurate cost roll-ups and variances.

You will design ERP data and processes to support audits and improve efficiency, while supervising a junior analyst. Strong SAP, US GAAP, and bilingual Spanish-English skills are required, with advanced English.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years in Finance and Cost Accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong SAP ERP experience and knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost accounting activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage product costing, inventory control, variances, and compliance.
• Own cost analysis and SAP ERP reporting for operations and finance.
• Design and maintain ERP data and ensure data integrity for reporting.
• Improve procedures to meet audit standards and efficiency goals.
• Supervise one direct report and support audits with teams and auditors.
