Job Description

Main Objective

Responsible for planning, developing, updating, and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.

Fulfills security, quality, delivery, and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible for producing the Motors of Wiper Systems. The process is highly automated, high value-add, includes robotics, vision systems, and a wide range of assembly processes.

What challenges will you have?

• Define, develop, optimize, and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
• Reduce downtime on production: lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving to reduce losses in manufacturing.
• Create and update necessary production documentation (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagrams, control plans, etc.).
• Ensure all manufacturing requirements for safety are met on the production lines.
• Provide correct tool specifications and implement required changes to tooling to ensure continuity and quality during production.
• Develop quality assurance processes by implementing necessary quality tools.
• Ensure manufacturing efficiency by meeting targets for scrap and failure costs.

Who are we looking for?

• Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Technical Knowledge

• Lean manufacturing principles.
• Problem Solving (8D Methodology).
• Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP).
• XR Control Chart.
