El candidato será responsable de optimizar los métodos de fabricación, cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad y calidad, y liderar procesos de mejora continua. Formación

• Título en Ingeniería: Industrial, Mecánica o Mecatrónica.
• De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz.
• Nivel de inglés avanzado.

Responsabilidades

• Definir y optimizar procesos de fabricación según especificaciones.
• Reducir tiempos de inactividad en la producción.
• Crear y actualizar documentación necesaria para la producción.

Job Description

Main Objective

Responsible for planning, developing, updating, and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.

Fulfill the security, quality, delivery, and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible for producing the Motors of Wiper Systems. Highly automated, high value-add manufacturing process including robotics, vision systems, and a wide range of assembly processes.

What challenges will you have?

1. Define, develop, optimize, and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
2. Responsible for reducing downtimes in production: lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving to reduce losses in the manufacturing process.
3. Create and update the required documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagrams, control plans, etc.).
4. Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines.
5. Provide the correct tool specifications and required changes in tooling to ensure continuity and quality during production.
6. Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the necessary quality tools.
7. Ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by meeting targets for scrap and failure costs.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

1. Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic.
2. From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. 3. Advanced English level.
