Flex seeks an Integration Processes Supervisor to lead manual assembly and integration in a 100% manual manufacturing environment in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will oversee a team to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness while coordinating testing and packaging activities.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive continuous improvements, coach operators, and collaborate with engineers on project proposals to enhance efficiency and capability.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Sr experience in a planner or similar position.
• Background in Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in manual assembly, integration processes, and electronic testing.
• Proven people management and operational leadership experience.
• Strong sense of urgency, strategic thinking, and decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge Excel (pivot tables) and ERP systems (BAAN, FlexFlow).
• Schedule flexibility.
• Advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manual assembly and integration processes in a 100% manual environment.
• Manage a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness targets.
• Review plant operating performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators for capability.
• Evaluate ideas for plant improvements with engineers to develop proposals.
• Provide technical/operational guidance to project teams.
• Lead manual integration and assembly from screw driving to final packaging.
• Supervise testing activities including pilot runs and functional tests.
• Coordinate unit assembly on test equipment and ensure compliant builds.
• Respond with urgency to quality, safety, or productivity deviations.
