Essential Responsibilities

1. Develop the Master Production Schedule and Daily Production Schedule.
2. Maintain close communication with internal customers.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production plans align with overall business goals.
4. Execute, monitor, and analyze reports on past due, on-time delivery, attainment, and adherence to production plans.
5. Identify and implement process improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Coordinate requests for rush orders and manage expected delays in materials and purchased parts to minimize customer impact.
7. Identify and resolve production issues or delays, including rejected parts, material availability, capacity constraints, and changes in customer demands.
8. Generate and present production reports to the management team.
9. Collaborate with IT, RBS, and other departments to identify and implement system improvements.
10. Review and manage safety stock levels of internal parts.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
12. Maintain a high sense of urgency.
