Main Objective of the role.-
- Organize, lead, control, and execute the overall administration of NETAFIM Mexico in all aspects, ensuring operational and financial profitability according to financial budgets and information, in compliance with established policies and regulations. Promote the development and achievement of objectives through efficient methods and current legal guidelines that contribute to the company's sustainable growth and consistent development. The central focus is excellence in customer service and care, constantly fostering an organizational culture aligned with the company’s values with a high-performance team.
Main responsibility.-
- Financial responsibility of $70 to $80M USD in sales.
- Lead company operations, organizing internal regulations, executing and issuing provisions required for its proper and optimal functioning.
- Ensure transparency in all company actions and proper use of its name, assets, and equity, based on Netafim’s Business Conduct Policies.
- Represent the company before all courts, whether labor, tax, civil, etc.; and/or before local authorities, governments, regional entities, police authorities, customs, tax registries, etc.
- Oversee the implementation of corrective measures resulting from audits, through the Administration and Finance Management.
- Approve financial policies related to Netafim’s operations, including decisions on financing, inventory levels, credit, and collection plans, etc.
- Ensure compliance with organizational objectives, including annual sales targets and EBITDA results.
- Present country-specific indicators and prepare presentations regarding the company’s financial results for corporate teams, employees, or executive leadership.
- Lead the search for strategic alliances to develop new business, including partnerships with national governments or agricultural entities.
- Promote, facilitate, and drive the maximization of results in all activities related to sales and logistics operations, fostering a customer satisfaction-focused approach.
- Direct, control, and oversee the preparation process of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), based on human resource needs, professional development, organizational structure, etc., in accordance with the Strategic Planning outlined by different departments.
Requirements

- MBA preferred.
- Commercial skills and strategic mindset, opening new channels.
- Experience with senior teams (high performance).
- Data-driven decision-making – statistics.
- Financial skills, able to talk and discuss about the P&L.
- Industry knowledge (Agribusiness preferred).
- Age range: 45 to 50 years.
- English – fluent.
- 5 years in a similar role // could be a current Commercial Director with P&L responsibility.
- Experienced with Global Companies.
