Reporting into the Regional President, we’re looking for a transformational, ambitious and driven Managing Director to lead the LATAM markets into its next era of growth.
With full P&L responsibility of the commercial functions, you’ll define the strategy to continue the development of the Dyson brand across the markets, to sustainably increase market share and to leverage the full potential across our product categories across all channels.
You’ll ensure the right people and capabilities are in place and that our team is motivated, engaged and delivering against business plans.
You’ll be an experienced Director, preferably with clear LATAM commercial and international experience, a proven track record of results across minimum two senior rotations (Head Of or Director level).
Proven P&L track record and a high level of financial acumen, including the understanding of local regulations.
Skilled in Account Management and Retail Sales.
Thrived in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Experience in influencing support functions and teams.
Worked in a customer and retail-centric company with a love and appreciation of technology.
Experience in navigating different operating models and a matrix environment.
Open to change with a strong ability to be agile; Dyson adapts consistently to ensure we stay ahead of competition. You’ll need to be able to change direction with ease and cascade plans clearly to your team.

Fluency in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is preferred.
