Danone Mexico busca un(l) gerente de Workforce Analytics y Employee Solutions para liderar la agenda de analítica de la fuerza laboral y reportes de personas en Norteamérica, impulsando tecnología HR, soluciones para empleados y transformación digital.

La posición requiere experiencia en analítica, transformación digital y gestión de stakeholder a nivel regional, con un enfoque en mejorar procesos y la experiencia del empleado a escala.

Qualifications

• Se requiere formación sólida en procesos de RRHH y transformación de negocio.
• Experiencia liderando iniciativas de analítica de fuerza laboral, tecnología HR o experiencia del empleado.
• Capacidad para traducir necesidades comerciales en soluciones accionables y presentar a directivos.

As the Manager, Workforce Analytics & Employee Solutions, you will lead the Workforce Analytics and People Reporting agenda across North America while driving HR Technology, Employee Solutions, Digital Transformation, and Process Efficiency initiatives in Mexico. Your work will transform complex data into meaningful insights, improve processes, and support leaders in making informed decisions that impact employees and business outcomes alike.

What you´ll do:

• Define and execute the Workforce Analytics and People Reporting strategy across North America.
• Deliver actionable insights that support strategic workforce and business decisions.
• Lead HR technology and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and sustainable results.
• Strengthen the employee experience through modern, scalable, and data-driven solutions.

We´re looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of HR processes and functions, with the ability to connect people, technology, data, and business priorities to drive better outcomes.
• Has successfully led workforce analytics, HR technology, digital transformation, process improvement, or employee experience initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Combines strong analytical thinking with business acumen, using data and insights to solve complex organizational challenges and influence decision-making.
• Excels at stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentations, building trusted partnerships across regional, global, and cross-functional teams.
• Is a collaborative people leader who promotes accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and team development.

You are naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You can balance strategic priorities with operational realities, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and maintain focus on delivering measurable impact.
