Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of experience managing full system integration lifecycles, including analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, implementation, and support.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams and leading project portfolios in supply chain or logistics fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leading solution architecture and system integrations.
• Proven ability to manage solutions for complex, mission-critical projects, demonstrating strong business acumen in ambiguous or unique situations.
• Experience with cloud-based supply chain management software and supply chain planning solutions.
• Full-cycle planning solution implementation experience in supply chain contexts.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes and models.
• Strong technical process analysis skills to translate business needs into comprehensive solution architectures.

• Partner with internal supply chain teams and external partners to architect and lead supply chain planning solutions, driving scalable process improvements.
• Design innovative solutions using cloud-based supply chain management software, establishing best practices for solution design, development, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Develop, build, and deploy applications across various platforms, translating business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with developers.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project implementation, and facilitate collaboration to ensure project success.
• Provide architectural and technical leadership for enterprise software platforms, emphasizing performance, security, and excellence.
