Job Description - Manager - Sourcing and Procurement

We are seeking a Manager for Sourcing Execution and Tail Spend to work on sourcing execution, define and develop a sourcing strategy, manage RFx sourcing, and negotiate with suppliers. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, overseeing sourcing activities, negotiating prices, managing payment terms, and achieving Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) savings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the client category team in defining their needs for running sourcing events and drafting requirement documents.
• Identify savings opportunities by analyzing spend data.
• Work closely with the spend analytics team to create RFP documents, coordinate supplier RFIs, and analyze responses.
• Experienced in pre-qualifying suppliers, evaluating vendor quotations, and implementing contracts with emphasis on quality, price, delivery, and service.
• Provide contract-related support, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts.
• Identify expiring contracts, liaise with client stakeholders, and monitor contract compliance.
• Perform spend analysis, maintain reports, and conduct research in support of category plans.
• Work with client category leaders to develop alternate sources and evaluate incumbent and/or new sources.
• Simplify purchasing for end customers by creating catalogs, punch-out sites, and digitization.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience in indirect sourcing, supplier and stakeholder relationship management, strategic sourcing, and contract management. Demonstrated professional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills in English. Knowledge of local marketplace, legislation, and suppliers. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, PC and database proficiency, and leadership skills.
