Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide strategic legal advice across Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate matters in the Monterrey area. You will partner with management and cross-functional teams to interpret complex issues, draft and review documents, and ensure compliance with laws and internal standards.

The role requires a licensed Mexican attorney, advanced English, and experience in multinational environments. In-office five days weekly with travel up to 10%.
