A Canadian diversified manufacturing company is seeking a leader for operations in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. This role focuses on formulating production strategies, improving efficiency, and managing resources. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and leadership experience in operations, with a solid understanding of financial management.   • Maximize daily production and maintain quality.
  • Coordinate daily production and monitor maintenance.
  • Oversee labor relations, 5S procedures, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to meet customer demands.

Responsible formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. contribute to a company’s efficiency and profitability , cost, quality, and service. May establish procedures and policies to achieve production schedules, product standards, and operating costs. Must be involved with human resources issues, including labor relations associated with memberi.

Credentials
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements according to the Plant's geographic location, such as:
  • The Global Operating System साध
  • ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management Standard,
  • IATF Technical Specifications Standard.
  • Maintain the balance between customer, employee, and financial satisfaction by maximizing Plant/Department performance.
  • Maintain the 5S requirements of the Department/Operating Group.
  • Maximize daily production in the manufacturing area to deliver quality and cost-effective products.
  • Distribute workloads across each department.
  • Coordinate daily production and schedule all Hopkins to efficiently utilize the entire facility.
  • Monitor maintenance requirements to ensure downtime is minimized and productivity is maintained.
  • Ensure proper supervision is maintained in all assigned areas of the plant.
  • Attend quality planning and continuous improvement meetings.
  • Ensure products are manufactured on time to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure products are manufactured in the most efficient manner.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Production Supervision, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality regarding production issues and needs to meet company demands. 2.20 Review production requirements and machinery daily to eliminate unmet commitments and improper manufacturing.
  • Provide necessary support to the Purchasing Department for material requisitions.
  • Review and authorize overtime required to meet customer deliveries.
  • Ensure that appropriate wages are maintained in accordance with the work performed.
  • The roles and responsibilities of the EHS system (Safety, Health, and Environment ISO 14001, ISO 45001) will be reflected in FM-EHS-041/Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities of the EHS System.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Financial Literacy (Finance for Non-Financial Professionals)
Desired Characteristics
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
