Formación

Job Description

At Amaris Consulting, our Managers are entrepreneurial leaders shaping the future of the company and aspiring to become tomorrow's leaders.

As a Manager, you will focus on 3 core dimensions:

Business Development & Client Relations:

• Conduct market research to identify prospective clients.
• Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calling.
• Arrange meetings to explore project opportunities where our expertise can add value.

Recruitment & Team Leadership:

• Lead the recruitment of your consulting team, seeking top talent with relevant expertise.
• Support the growth and skill development of your consultants across various projects.
• Maintain regular check-ins to ensure project success and consultant satisfaction.

Business Unit Oversight:

• Manage your business unit with a focus on overall performance.
• Oversee Profit & Loss assessments to identify and address potential challenges.
• Develop strategies to increase turnover and contribution margin.

Your profile:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Desire to work in a dynamic, international environment
