Ansell seeks a Central America & Caribbean Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for the region. Ansell is looking for a Central America & Caribbean Marketing Manager, to join our team in Costa Rica!
In this position you will play a vital role, because will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the subregion, NPD (New Product Development) launching and portfolio promotion across all distributors for Industrial and Medical GBU.

What your role will be?
· Subregion Marketing Strategy: Design, implement, and manage branding and marketing campaigns Industrial and Medical to promote products. These efforts will focus on enhancing brand awareness and leads generation across traditional and digital marketing.
· Channel Management: Work closely with Distributor’s Marketing Departments to develop strategies to promote Ansell’s products enhancing brand awareness across digital and traditional marketing Expand Ansell’s e-commerce distributor efforts to provide end-user connection options.
· New Product Launches: Collaborate with RCM’s and sales teams to support NPD initiatives, ensuring introduction in the region.
· A&P forecast and administration for the subregion. (Manage budget and expenses)
· Suppliers Management: Partner with agencies and different suppliers to support local marketing initiatives.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers, Specialists and Global Teams on regional projects.
· Project Management: Manage day-to-day projects by coordinating with sales teams and/or external vendors to ensure timely execution of activities based on project plans.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Education
· Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, communications, or related business area

· 5+ years of experience in marketing with digital marketing experience
