About the Role

Responsible for the results of the indicators: Security, Quality, Delivery and Cost, for the product that is carried out in plant. You must apply the philosophy of HPS. Develop Harman skills in employees.

What You Will Do

1. Supports recurring meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the project.
2. Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.
3. Coordinates the creation of Purchase Requests for all equipment necessary for the project with Process & Test Engineering.
4. Maintains the status of the project, using tools like Microsoft's Project.
5. Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
6. Coordinates all changes to the process with Engineering areas and the implementation.
7. Coordinates all changes to the product with Program Managers and the implementation.
8. Comply with the review of the status of PLM.
9. Review the strategic points that relate to internal meetings and expectations of customers.
10. Follow up with Program Managers the outstanding points in the bull-DV.
11. Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding points in the runs of PV.
12. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.
13. Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements.
14. Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.
15. Identify and record changes with the product, process in part history.
16. Participates and provides support related with quality systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
17. Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
18. Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System.
19. Lead capacity and manufacturing footprint analysis aligned with global strategies and customer demand.
20. Manage Engineering KPIs improvements.
21. Lead and drive lean manufacturing and business critical cross-functional initiatives in addition to managing a team.

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical.
2. Deep Knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, Engineering Changes, documentation control.
3. 10+ years in a management leadership role.
4. 5+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
5. 5 years of prior experience coordinating new projects.
6. 5 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.
7. Experience in evaluation new and emerging technology for applicability in optimizing or scaling processes and enhancing operations and reporting capabilities.
8. Experience in Technical Program Management with budgetary and resource responsibility.
9. English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
