CHEP UK Ltd. seeks a regional Leader for Invoice to Cash (I2C) in Latin America, based in Mexico City. You will act as the SME for I2C across LATAM, driving automation, process excellence and stakeholder engagement, and partner with regional teams to scale operations.

The role requires strong I2C/OTC knowledge, English and Spanish fluency, and a track record in transformation within matrixed organizations. Hybrid remote work is available across LATAM.

Job Description

This role will serve as the Latin America Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and regional lead, acting as the primary point of contact for all I2C‑related matters across the region. The position will support end‑to‑end I2C processes, with a strong focus on automation, operational efficiency, stakeholder training, and management, while also identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities. The role will partner closely with the Juárez LATAM Genpact team, maintain a dotted‑line relationship with the I2C Americas RPO, and report directly to the Head of Bill‑to‑Cash, Americas. Given its scope and impact, this is a high‑visibility role that plays a critical part in enabling scalable operations, consistency, and strong business partnership across the Latin America region. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Manager, Invoice to Cash (I2C) Lead – Latin America, based in Mexico City. This role will be the regional I2C lead and primary point of contact for Latin America, partnering closely with teams across Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving automation, process excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
