The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manufacturing Managerto spearhead the digital evolution of our manufacturing operationsand integrated supply chainacross the region.

This pivotal role will serve as the strategic bridge between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), driving the Industry 4.0 strategy for our five manufacturing plantsand their connected logistics functions. You will partner closely with plant leadership, engineering,and logistics teamsto identify opportunities for innovation, while harmonizing our digital roadmap and best practices through strong collaboration with our US-based counterparts. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader passionate about using technology—from IIoT and MES toWMS and data analytics—to drive operational excellence, enhance product qualityoptimize material flow,and build afully connected, end-to-end supply chain.

Your responsibilities will include

Regional IT/OT & Logistics Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy for manufacturingand in-plant logisticsthat aligns with both regional business goals and North American corporate standards. Act as the primary IT business partner for the region's five plant directorsand their logistics leaders.

Digital Transformation & Solution Delivery:Lead the identification, design, and deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial IoT (IIoT),Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),automation, and data visualization tools.

Integrated Supply Chain Collaboration:Foster a strong, collaborative relationship with IT, manufacturing,and supply chain teamsin the United States to ensure alignment on technology standards, share best practices, and co-develop solutions that can be scaled across North America.

Project & Portfolio Management:Manage the full lifecycle of regional manufacturingand logisticsIT projects, from initial concept and business case development to implementation, go-live, and support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high degree of quality.

Operational Excellence:Oversee the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of all plant-floor IT systems. Drive initiatives focused on business process re-engineering, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize production efficiency, quality control,and the integrated supply chain from material receiving to finished goods shipping.

Change Leadership:Champion the adoption of new technologies and digital processes across all five plants. Develop training and communication plans to ensure smooth transitions and empower the manufacturing and logistics workforce with new digital tools.

Vendor & Budget Management:Manage relationships with key technology vendors and oversee the regional IT manufacturingand logisticsbudget, ensuring optimal investment in technology and resources.

Experience:7+ years of progressive experience in an IT manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Education:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science,Supply Chain Management,or a related field.

Technical Expertise:Proven, hands‑on experience with core manufacturing systems such asManufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms.Experience with or significant exposure to logistics systems (e.g., WMS, Yard Management) is required.

Project Leadership:Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional technology projects in a multi‑plant manufacturing environment.

Communication:Complete bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)is required for effective collaboration with regional teams and US counterparts. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.

Travel:Availability to travel up to 30%, primarily between the 5 regional plants and occasional travel to the US for strategic meetings.

Preferred skills and experiences

Master’s Degree or MBA is a strong plus.

Experience in the home appliance, automotive, or similar discrete manufacturing industry.

Direct experience with implementing or supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other supply chain execution software.

Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.

Experience with ERP integration (specifically SAP) in a manufacturingand logisticscontext.

Certifications in Project Management (PMP), ITIL, or supply chain (e.g., APICS/ASCM).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data analytics/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
