Our manufacturing includes cordless irrigation systems, blowers, equipment for tree maintenance, lawn mowers, garden vehicles, and trenchers—focused on irrigation systems and outdoor solutions. Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the manufacturing floor 24/7, overseeing the productivity of each production line. The role involves managing continuous improvement initiatives, housekeeping, Lean principles, 5S, and daily scheduling of production lines and labor force to produce extruded products across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review staffing needs daily, monthly, and forecast-based.
  2. Responsible for employee training programs.
  3. Coordinate with HR on staffing issues across all shifts.
  4. Ensure quality control on the manufacturing floor.
  5. Order department supplies and tooling.
  6. Participate in R&D and engineering meetings.
  7. Manage the department budget monthly.
  8. Maintain a safe and healthy workplace compliant with all laws and regulations.
  9. Promote safety awareness and adherence to safety policies.
  10. Identify opportunities for process streamlining and waste reduction, participating in continuous improvement events.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.Sc. or B.A.).
  2. At least 10 years of proven experience in extrusion product manufacturing.
  3. Strong leadership, team-building, organizational, coaching, and communication skills.
  4. Hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement and process development.
  5. Excellent planning and organizational skills, capable of managing ambiguity.
  6. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work within a matrix organization.
  7. Motivated, results-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives under pressure.
  8. High standards for personal and facility performance.
  9. Understanding of financial data with analytical and decision-making skills.
  10. Data-driven with tangible metrics.
  11. Resume submission in English required.
