About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Mexico team as a Manager, Franchise Performance. The Manager, Franchise Performance, supports the team with strategic business direction and alignment to influence Subway franchise owners in maximizing profitability and aligning store operating procedures with Subway's brand standards. This role will communicate the expected performance levels of locations and franchisees within their assigned area, based on company KPIs and metrics. They will drive business growth by identifying operational opportunities for improvement and providing training to strengthen locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Provide operational and food safety guidance and education during restaurant visits, evaluating SUBWAY restaurants quarterly using the PBE model.
  2. Document adherence to company standards, improvements, opportunities, and provide guidance during coaching sessions.
  3. Assess restaurant performance against policies and procedures, analyze sales and costs, and offer tailored recommendations for improvement.
  4. Review franchisee portfolios and conduct regular business reviews to identify growth potential and opportunities.
  5. Coach and counsel franchisees to achieve individual store and territory goals.
  6. Guide franchisees in growing their business locally and through online sales and delivery channels.
  7. Build territory relations by visiting all assigned restaurants at least quarterly, communicating via various channels.
  8. Establish respect as a leader and asset to the business among franchisees.
  9. Assist with site reviews and customer intercepts within the assigned area.
  10. Provide guidance on new store openings and transfer training hours.
  11. Travel requirement: up to 70% of the time.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Business Analysis, or related field preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of restaurant experience preferred.
  3. Ability to learn and cascade technology initiatives.
  4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business analysis skills.
  5. Attention to detail and a hands-on approach during restaurant visits.
  6. Ability to work autonomously and professionally.
  7. Multi-tasking, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude.
  9. Basic conversational English skills are a plus.
