Ansell is looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our team in Mexico!

The primary purpose of this position is to drive profitable market share growth for Ansell solutions by leading E-Commerce activities in the LAC region. Our goal is to maximize Ansell’s penetration within E-Commerce, including platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, our web store, and other retailer marketplaces.

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the regional eCommerce strategy focused on driving sales, increasing market share, and optimizing marketplaces, Brazil Webstore, and launching other regional webstores to support the LAC commercial plans. This role will also support regional distributors' e-commerce sites, serve as the primary contact for Mercado Libre, Amazon, and other marketplaces, analyze consumer behavior, and understand marketing trends to anticipate the needs of our eCommerce channel. Additionally, the manager will lead the team or agency working on Amazon Advertising and Content Enhancement.
