Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager Digital IO who will:
CampaignExecution:Lead thesetup, execution, and documentationofdirect IO media campaignsacrossvariouspartners, particularlyanyhigh-valueorcomplexcampaigns. Ensureallaspectsofcampaign are deliveredaccordingtotermsoutlined in theclientapproved media plan and IOs.
CampaignOptimization and Reporting:Collaboratewith Managers and Associates and Managers in monitoringcampaign performance metrics, includingimpressions, clicks, spend, and anycampaignspecificKPIs. Analyzecampaign performance reporting, and utilize data driveninsightsto guide optimizationrecommendationstoenhancecampaigneffectiveness and achieveclientgoals.
Coordination:Workcloselywithonshorecounterpartstoensure cohesive executionof media strategies and adherencetoclientspecifications. Facilitatecommunicationofcampaignprogressbetweenallpartiesinvolved.
TeamLeadership:Mentor and provideguidancetoAssociates and teammembersinvolved in Digital IO campaigns. Foster a collaborativeenvironment and supportprofessionaldevelopmentwithintheteam.
Budget Managerment:Track and monitor campaignbudgetstoensureoptimal performance. Managemonthlybudgetreconciliation, communicatewithpartnerstoconfirmdelivery data, savedeliverydocumentation (proofof performance), and sendupdatedIOswherenecessary.
Skills and Experience

3+ yearsofexperienceimplementingcampaignson digital platformssuch asDV360, theTradeDesk, orCampaign Manager 360 and peviousexperiencewithbillingplatforssuch as Prisma, Coupa, Advertmind, MMS, Adspendorothers.
