About the Role:

The Manager partners closely with internal Analytics, Planning, and Investment teams to develop cross-media measurement strategy and support the Associate Director(s) & Director(s) lead(s) on the business. You should have a strong understanding of tools in the media analytics and research space (inclusive of data quality and compilation), and will become familiar with modeling and technology offerings to recognize project opportunities and help interpret results.

The Manager will have one direct report and work side by side with another Manager. This role oversees the day-to-day operations within the Beauty & Wellbeing business unit for a large CPG.

Your Impact:
  • Ensure proper data quality & compilation across the portfolio for our modeling solutions and daily reporting needs.
  • Support insight & action build for weekly/monthly optimization (micro and macro KPIs like purchase intent rate, ROI, site analytics).
  • Proficient with primary buying and ad-serving tools (Prisma, Flashtalking [Innovid]).
  • Support design and management of research projects with clients (Kantar, Cint, Upwave, 1P AV partner studies).
  • Assist in evaluating vendors, technologies, and new advertising opportunities with subject matter experts (cross-screen measurement, audio measurement, incrementality testing).
  • Solid knowledge of proprietary Choreograph tools and systems (primarily data governance, reporting, modeling).
  • Support data science requests alongside the modeling team, supporting strategic client vision.
  • Manage relationships with mid-level clients.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining learning agendas and measurement frameworks.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Sciences preferred, with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a data analyst/business intelligence employee.
  • Experience in the CPG space preferred (specifically within Beauty), but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables.
  • Experience with tools and platforms such as Data Visualization (DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau), Web Analytics (Google Analytics), AdServers/DSPs (Flashtalking, Innovid, GCM, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP), Research/Lift Studies (Kantar, Cint, Upwave, Circana), and familiarity with SQL; R and Python are a plus.

This position is in a Remote or Hybrid Work Modality and must be performed within Colombian territory. Only candidates residing in Colombia with a valid work permit may apply. Remote work contracts do not allow employment or relocation abroad.
