Your New Role: The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, communications, and strong data and analytics skills. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing BI semantic layers and BI cubes. Additionally, the candidate will introduce new BI solutions or features to enhance business value.

Your Role Accountabilities:

1. Engineering processes: Ensure engineering processes are followed and product quality is maintained.
2. Communication skills: Clearly communicate technical information both orally and in writing.
3. Analytical and reporting skills: Analyze and report on data effectively.
4. Technical knowledge: Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and construction processes, as well as engineering principles and best practices for BI semantic layers and PowerBI cubes.
5. Continuous Improvement: Define processes and standards to increase quality and reduce delivery time.
6. Problem-solving: Troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.
7. Stakeholder management: Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and maintain a strong understanding of business functions.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 8+ years proven experience in Business Intelligence and data modeling.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Business savvy, especially in the media & entertainment industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Tableau and PowerBI).
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving technological landscape.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
