This role drives equipment reliability, operational continuity, and maintenance performance across a complex site, building strong partnerships across the business. You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and oversee CNC, robotics, and automation initiatives while guiding a

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience as Maintenance Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive and reliability-focused maintenance.
• Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, RCM, or related methodologies.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the overall maintenance strategy for the facility.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability across production operations.
• Oversee maintenance activities for CNC machinery, welding equipment, robotics, painting, utilities.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Safety, Finance, and HR.
• Establish KPIs related to equipment availability, maintenance compliance, cost control, safety.
