Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to lead a team of technicians across our Mexican fulfillment network, focusing on safety, coaching, and development while driving high equipment availability.

You will mentor staff, coordinate preventative maintenance, work with the Site Safety department, and implement standards. Multidisciplinary electrical and mechanical expertise is required, along with PLC/CMMS experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of supervisory engineering experience.
• Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• 4+ years experience with automated equipment (packaging, sortation, conveyors).
• Experience with health and safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support and mentor the team, ensuring they work safely, to standard and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the wider network to harness expertise and build solutions.
• Support the Site Safety department and Site Leadership to implement safety and regulatory programs.
• Implement network standards and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Ensure sufficient technical coverage by organizing and directing the training program for the team.
• Organize local projects or support BR level projects as assigned by the manager.
• Be prepared to work shifts to stay connected with the team.
