Una empresa innovadora busca un técnico o ingeniero en mecánica para asegurar el mantenimiento y la calidad de moldes y herramientas. En este papel, serás responsable de implementar programas de mantenimiento preventivo, gestionar inventarios de piezas de repuesto y coordinar reparaciones de moldes. Este rol es clave para garantizar que la producción opere sin problemas y cumpla con los estándares de calidad requeridos. Formación

• Se requiere experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo de moldes y herramientas.
• Conocimientos en control de piezas de repuesto y especificaciones técnicas.

Responsabilidades

• Monitorear y asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento preventivo.
• Planificar reparaciones de moldes según necesidades internas y externas.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures appropriate monitoring and achievement of the preventive maintenance program for production molds and tools.
• Ensures proper implementation of mold cleaning, complying at 100% check list cleaning molding.
• Plan the mold repairs according to internal and external customer requirements.
• Cover tooling requirements on time and in the best conditions according to the needs of production areas in the plant.
• Ensures and maintains the quality and good conditions of the tooling according to customer requirements (Coordinating the tooling repairs, components change, preventive maintenance and mold cleaning).
• Implement reaction plans if necessary and give a fast response to production about tooling issues.
• Manages inventory levels of spare parts and secondary equipment with suppliers, purchasing and engineering area.
• Identifies during the PM the potential problems with tooling and/or components that could put at risk their usage by production areas and communicate it to their immediate supervisor.
• Receives, reviews and records all the new tooling in order to confirm that everything is OK and that the tooling received matches according to the invoice received, then confirms to the Launch manager and Engineering supervisor the results of this revision.
• Is responsible for keeping updated all tooling on the date codes availability (mainly molds) for the current production year and along the project life (fechadores).

Qualifications:

• Machine and tool technician, or engineer in mechanics, industrial or similar.
• Definition of max and min for spare parts control.
• Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of parts and/or components for urethane injection.
• Basic knowledge of lean methodology.
• Principles of the manufacturing process (assembly and urethane).
• IATF, Core Tools, FMEA, interpretation of drawings (GD&T).
