Incora in Hermosillo, Mexico, is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot failures, and maintain maintenance records. You will support TPM and reliability programs while ensuring safe, reliable operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, and CMMS proficiency. Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and CMMS software.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily and weekly preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond to and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Replace seals, belts, bearings, hydraulic components, and other parts.
• Test equipment functionality after maintenance or repair.
• Complete and submit maintenance work orders and reports.
