Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain industrial facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. You will ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards while performing installations, minor repairs, and energy management initiatives.

The role requires technical training or experience in HVAC/electrical fields, strong problem-solving and teamwork, and the ability to document activities in the CMMS system.

Formación

• High school graduate or Associate Degree in a technical field such as Refrigeration or HVAC or Electrician desired or equivalent skills.
• Minimum 18 months technical school or equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical or stationary engineer’s training.
• In‑depth experience as a Technician in two or more of the following disciplines: electronics, mechanics, electromechanical, industrial.
• Refrigerant (CFC) certification through Universal or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures facility maintenance and controlled environmental monitoring activities are complete, recorded and on schedule.
• Participates in facilities equipment installations, as required.
• Performs site infrastructure and building system minor equipment repairs.
• Ensures building systems contractors follow EES requirements when working on site premises.
• Manage and record spare parts inventory for facilities systems and equipment.
• Follows all company safety policies and safety precautions within the work area.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, ensures subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
